The European Business Register (EBR) is integrated into Sök företagsfakta. Now you may find information on 1 million Swedish enterprises and 20 million European enterprises in the service.

Facts on Swedish enterprises

Facts on Swedish enterprises will be delivered by e-mail in a few minutes. You pay by card. You can buy:

• annual report and articles of association,
• certificate of registration in Swedish and English,
• certificate – Information regarding a person's assignments.

Facts on enterprises in Europe

Facts on European enterprises may be downloaded or seen on-line directly on the screen. You pay by invoice. To be able to search for European enterprise facts you need to register as a customer. This is easily done in the service.

• Company profile – basic details regarding the enterprise, as for example form of business enterprise, address and the business activities of the enterprise.
• Company officials.
• Current assignments of the officials.

In connection with opening the new Sök företagsfakta we have made some changes on www.bolagsverket.se, for example:

• In the search function in the middle of the start page you may search for facts on enterprises in Sweden and the rest of Europe.
• The link to European Business Register has been removed.
• The information on European Business Register, which was previously found on the page Products and services, is now available in Sök företagsfakta.
