Our e-services make it easy

It must be easy to start an enterprise; the procedure must be quick and it must be correct. For this purpose we have several different e-services. The e-service verksamt.se allows you to apply for registration of your business enterprise on the web site.

Through the e-service Sök företagsfakta you can buy and download annual reports, certificates of registration, articles of association and other documents. Näringslivsregistret (the Trade and Industry Register) contains information on more than one million business enterprises and associations.

Bolagsverket, an authority financed by charges

The head of Bolagsverket is the Director General Annika Bränström. Bolagsverket's operations are not financed by public funding; and we therefore charge for the products and services we provide.
